What's this?

This is where I'm going to be putting notes on bioinformatics and coding as well as anything else I feel like. Will try to make a handy Directory to organise stuff as it goes up. PLEASE NOTE: if you found your way here you're very welcome to get whatever benefit you can from any of the notes I post here, however be aware that I am very much a beginner and writing out notes for my eyes and my brain, so some things, or the way I explain some things to myself might be incorrect/incoherent etc etc. On each page I'll try to keep a record of all the sources I used.

Who are you?

I'm a Master's student training to be a bioinformatician (bioinformatics is sorta like genomics + data science + coding). I made this site because I'm trying to improve my coding skills any way I can, and also I really love the idea of creating a little personalised space for my notes and interests and stuff that people can check out. Acute observers may pick up on my affection for the video game Pathologic lol. The beauty of a personal website is that you can make a collection of Serious Academic Notes and present it like this lmao.
